Park Hotel Porto Valongo

I loved staying in this hotel. From exceptional service and staff cordiality to amazing cleanliness of the hotel. Every single member of staff exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel by far. I’ve e been in 4 and 5 stars hotels and the services and staff were not this good. They changed clean and crisp sheets EVERY SINGLE DAY and cleaned spotless the room and bathroom. I needed hot water at night for my tea almost every night and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I needed to keep artisan stuff I bought in the fridge and they kept it for me. Always with a big smile and so much professionalism, day and night. They deserve a pay rise and they should work in 5+ star hotels. I regret I didn’t take any photos.

Excede expectations

Modern hotel with western Europe standards. Comparing to other hotels in Portugal it is excelent. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with hot water all the time. Very clean. The smell in the room is also good. The room has ventilation, so, you do not need to open a window. The blanket was fully covered so your bed is perfetly clean. Very big room, you have enough space to keep your things. The breakfast was also good (tastey food, fresh fruits, normal coffee - not nescafe). Location is perfect for those who travel by car.

The excellent reception staff and warm welcome, Joanna recommended us the best river beaches in Porto, at the exit we left the room 20 minutes late because the childrens they didn't want to wake up, the house keeping It was very tender and told us to take my time, Thanks to Nadia who was of saying goodbye to us,

Private parking. Spacious rooms. Great air con. Very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
